Don’t give sex for grades, vice Chancellor of the Koforidua Technical University Professor David Kofi Essumang has cautioned female students to refrain from offering sex to lecturers for grades.
He made this clear to the parents and freshers at the 28th matriculation of the university on Saturday 2023.
He stated in his speech that students should not be afraid to seek assistance in such situations since the university administration is absolutely committed to helping victims of sexual assault or harassment receive justice.
Universities are a center for advanced studies but some irresponsible adults may try to circumvent their powers to their advantage and this may be at the disadvantage of students, especially female students.
