Lydia Forson, a Ghanaian Actress Lydia Forson has shared a chilling story of how she suffered the pain of fibroids for ten years until she got the help she needed.
According to the actress, several women are going through similar pain and their issues should be looked at.

“To all the women who have endured relentless pain, undergone multiple surgeries, faced intrusive questions about fertility or pregnancy due to their appearance, or harbored the fear of never conceiving: know that you are not alone. I spent a decade in agony before I sought help.
Today, I am thankful that I no longer endure such excruciating pain. I am grateful that I no longer find myself paralyzed on a bathroom floor, unable to move. I am thankful that emergency rushes are a thing of the past, and even more so, that I am alive to recount my journey, knowing that not everyone has been as fortunate.”
