Award-winning artiste Stonebwoy captivated fans at the closing ceremony of the African Games on Saturday, March 23, 2024.
The BET Award-winner delivered an exhilarating performance, treating patrons to back-to-back hits at the University of Ghana Sports stadium.
As soon as Stonebwoy took the stage and began performing his hit song, ‘Into the Future,’ he created an electrifying atmosphere that resonated throughout the venue. The crowd erupted with excitement, shouting and making joyful noises as the Afro Dancehall singer showcased his talent.
Stonebwoy was joined by other notable artistes at the ceremony, including Wiyaala and Stanley Enow, who also delivered captivating performances.
The African Games, organized by the African Union every four years, brings together athletes from across the continent. This year marked the 13th edition of the games, which featured 5000 elite athletes and coaches from fifty-five African countries competing in twenty-nine selected sports disciplines.
Notably, the 13th edition of the African Games served as an official qualifier for the XXXIII Olympic Games Paris 2024, adding to the significance of the event.
