Paul Adom-Otchere denies allegations of plotting “coup” against MD

Paul Adom-Otchere, the Board Chairman of the Ghana Airport Company Limited, has denied allegations that he is involved in a plot to remove the Managing Director of the company, Pamela Djamson-Tettey.

The Airport Workers Union had claimed that Adom-Otchere was conspiring to remove Djamson-Tettey because she had refused to align with him on certain decisions related to the company’s operations.

Abdul-Issaka Bamba, the Divisional Chairman of the Public Service Workers Union at the Ghana Airport Company Limited, stated that the alleged plot had caused agitation among the staff and urged them to remain calm while their leaders investigated the situation.

However, Adom-Otchere responded that the union’s letter did not provide any concrete examples of the alleged plot. He expressed his intention to meet with the union to better understand the situation, as he was unaware of the accusations they were making.
