One thing is certain, having sex on your wedding night is anything from routine, whether it’s as enchanted as a double rainbow or unpleasant, it’s all a story for someday. From time immemorial, a woman’s virginity has been her prized possession. Throughout history, we see cultures across the world placing a high value on a woman’s virginity. Absolute celibacy until marriage has always been a contentious issue. Virgins have always been associated with some sort of virtue. Being a virgin may also be a turn-off, depending on who you ask. Some people don’t rate virginity that high. Even though 56% of couples don’t want to put off having sex for so long, some do experience trauma and uncomfortable feelings afterward.
